How quickly will my prints be produced?

Depending on Richard’s programme, A4 and A3 prints can be turned round in 2 – 4 weeks from receipt of cleared funds. If you need a print for a specific occasion such as a birthday or wedding anniversary, please make direct contact BEFORE placing your order to ensure it can be delivered in time. Richard will be pleased to confirm an estimated date of delivery at the time of order if required.

At present, Richard Johnstone-Bryden only ships orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on the required insurance value. Therefore, if you plan to be away during a possible delivery period please let me know so that I do not send the prints while you are away as they have to be signed for.

Will the ©RJB logo appear on my print?

No. The logo is only included on the low resolution images that appear on this website to prevent their unauthorised use.

Will the ©RJB logo appear on my high resolution JPEG file?

No. The logo is only included on the low resolution images that appear on this website to prevent their unauthorised use. However, all images that are reproduced in accordance with either a single or multi use licence should be credited with the by-line “©Richard Johnstone-Bryden” or “©R Johnstone-Bryden”

What is a single use licence?

This enables an organisation or an individual to reproduce the selected image once. This licence should be purchased by an individual or organisation that wants to reproduce the image within a book, magazine, brochure, website, exhibition stand, advert or a calendar. On receipt of cleared funds and confirmation of the intended use of the image, Richard Johnstone-Bryden will supply a licence and a copy of the original high resolution JPEG image by email to enable its use in accordance with the terms of the licence. Once the image has been used for one specific purpose, a further single or multi use licence will be required BEFORE it can be used for any additional purpose. If you have any queries about the type of licence that you require, please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your exact requirements BEFORE placing your order.

Any image that is reproduced in accordance with the terms of a single use licence should be credited with the by-line “©Richard Johnstone-Bryden” or “©R Johnstone-Bryden”

Exclusions: This licence does not permit the use of the selected image in the production of postcards or prints of any type. If you would like to purchase a licence to cover either of these purposes please make direct contact with Richard Johnstone-Bryden to establish if these rights are available. Any unauthorised use of these images will constitute a breach of copyright and be dealt with accordingly.

Please Note: Richard Johnstone-Bryden retains full copyright to any images supplied, or derived from the supplied image, under the terms of a single use licence.

This licence is the most cost effective method for an organisation or individual to use one of Richard Johnstone-Bryden’s images for more than one purpose. This licence enables an organisation or an individual to reproduce the selected image as many times as it wants within its own books, magazines, brochures, websites, exhibition stands, adverts and calendars. This licence is valid for the lifetime of the organisation or individual and is not transferable.
